Subject: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Graduate Research Opportunities Worldwide (GROW) and Graduate Research Internship Program (GRIP)

GROW expands opportunities for U.S. graduate students to engage in international research collaboration. GROW is open to only active awardees of the Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). The submission deadline is December 4, 2015. For the upcoming competition, in addition to existing GROW partner countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, India, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden and Switzerland, new opportunities are available with Mexico. Additional partners may be added before the deadline.

The internship initiative GRIP expands opportunities for NSF Graduate Fellows to enhance their professional development by engaging in mission related research experiences with partner agencies across the federal government.  GRIP is open only to NSF Graduate Fellows, recipients of the Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) award.
